IT Helpdesk Specialist

Tech-Americas is looking for an experienced IT helpdesk to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting in all the company’s network and IT internal needs, monitoring network systems, and identifying and resolving network issues. Experience with ticketing systems, hardware, and network troubleshooting is needed to fill this role successfully.

Our requirements:
    2+ years of experience in a Helpdesk or network support position
    Experience with ticketing systems
    Basic understanding of network protocols and topologies (TCP/IP, WAN, LAN,
    routing, switching, DNS, DHCP)
    Familiarity with CCNA concepts and protocols
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent communication skills
    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    Willingness to work in a 24/7 on-call environment.
