The Network Engineer – Tier 1 will be working directly with international clients, providing solutions via ticketing systems, on-call support, configurations of equipment, installations and other duties as needed to help the client’s network.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent English level is a MUST
- Experience as Network Technician
- NOC Experience
- Experience with using/administering helpdesk/service desk software (Required)
- WAN/LAN knowledge
- Recent experience with multiple types of PBX or VoIP equipment (Required)
- VoIP and SIP troubleshooting
- MPLS
- BGP configuration, implementation and troubleshooting (Required)
- Route Distribution (one way and two way distribution) (Required)
- DMVPN Configuration and Troubleshooting
- SDWAN knowledge
- Programing Skills
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing & Switching Certification (desirable)
- Any other networking certification is a plus
