As a clientsupport specialist,you will:
Verify, update, and maintainaccurate client information related to active cases.
Respond to inbound phone calls, providing timely and professional client support.
Share case progress and updates with clients in a clear and empathetic manner.
Direct clients to their assigned attorney or legal representative as appropriate.
Accurately document all inbound interactions and case details in the CRM or internal database.
Maintain a professional and supportive communication style in every client interaction.
As a client support specialist, you have:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening skills with the ability to de-escalate concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems or client database platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse client populations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
