Job Purpose | Drives execution of technical projects within data center consolidation, voice network migration, platform rationalization, and global network integration across a multi-platform telecom environment. |
Key Deliverables/Results | - Delivery of data center and network integration projects on time/on budget - Validated cost savings and avoided spend - Clean project documentation and reporting cadence - Minimal customer impact during migrations - Strong visibility into risks and dependencies |
Responsibilities | - Lead end-to-end project execution - Break down work into tasks, owners, dependencies - Coordinate service orders and escalations - Align cross-functional teams and vendors - Track budgets, forecasts, savings - Manage risks, runbooks, rollback plans - Produce status reports and dashboards - Support data center exits, migrations, platform decommissioning |
Key Skills and Competencies | - Strong project management discipline - Telecom networking (SIP/VoIP, IP, SBC awareness) - Data center and carrier connectivity knowledge - Financial tracking and cost validation - Executive communication and stakeholder management |
Qualifications | - 7+ years project management in telecom/network/data center - Experience delivering technical projects end-to-end - Knowledge of SIP/VoIP and IP networking - Experience with carrier coordination and migrations - PMP preferred |
