Requirements:
Advanced English level (C1+).
Experience scheduling appointments (medical or legal preferred).
Experience working with CRM systems.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Previous legal experience is a plus.
Law degree is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and confirm client attendance for QME appointments.
Draft, send, and receive correspondence and medical records from opposing counsel.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients regarding appointments and updates.
Track authorizations, appointments, and follow-up actions in the case management system.
Provide case status and appointment updates to management.
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, or authorization delays.
Support additional administrative tasks when needed.
