The Senior Network Engineer will be working directly with international clients, overseeing level 2-3 escalations, providing solutions via ticketing systems, on-call support, configurations of different telecom equipment, installations and other duties as needed to help the clients’ network.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent English level is a must
- Experience as Network Technician or Network Specialist (required)
- Experience using/administering helpdesk, or service desk software (Required)
- WAN/LAN knowledge
- Recent experience with multiple types of PBX or VoIP equipment (Required)
- VoIP and SIP troubleshooting
- MPLS
- BGP configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Route Distribution (one way and two-way distribution)
- DM-VPN Configuration and Troubleshooting
- SD-WAN knowledge
- Programing Skills
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing & Switching (is a plus)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing & Switching Certification (Completed or in process is required)
- Any other networking certification is a plus
