This role will work in close collaboration with Tech Americas’ Shared Services clients to fully understand the clients’ technical needs in order to provide Level 1 & Level 2 support to all issues related to AVAYA IP Office.
Responsibilities:
- Advanced English level is a must
- Lead all installations, management, and troubleshooting efforts on AVAYA IP Office and related products
- Provide tailored technical designs, implementation, and transition plans to address clients’ telephony needs
- Actively participate in all technical presentations with clients and other stakeholders
- Act as the SME for AVAYA IP Office and VoIP designs
- Strong understanding of SIP Trunks, T1’s, and CO Lines
- Maintain all stakeholders and clients informed about the hardware, software, and licensing requirements for all projects

- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
- 1 -2 years experience with AVAYA IP Office or 3 years experience with other telecommunications or VoIP solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or any other relevant area
- ASAC-0013, ACIS-7720, or other relevant AVAYA or VoIP certifications/courses
- Strong analytical skills, with accuracy and attention to detail are a must
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
