We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They should be proactive, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and ensure seamless workflow.

 

As an administrative assistant you will: 

  • Write emails, transcribe notes, research legal documents, copy, and create spreadsheets. 
  • Handle interactions in both English and Spanish focusing on client satisfaction. 
  • Utilize case management and billing systems to track case progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely filings. 
  • Ensure all case-related documentation is filled in compliance and within given deadlines by closely working with attorneys and clients. 
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure effective case preparation and successful resolution. 
  • Manage client relationships with a client-service focus, providing clear updates and assistance throughout the immigration process. 
  • Review translated texts to ensure accuracy, coherence, and fidelity to the original text. 
  • Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to cases and maintaining databases 

As an administrative assistant you have: 

  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency, written and spoken (C1).
  • 1+ Years of experience in related fields or admin support, data entry, or finance preferred
  • Proven job stability with previous employers.   
  • The ability to work independently while following guidelines.  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. 
  • High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality. 
  • Great interpersonal skills.
