We are looking for a System Analyst with solid experience in hybrid IT infrastructure to provide technical support for physical and virtual environments. The role involves maintaining servers, networking, storage systems, and cloud services while ensuring high availability and performance for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration of Windows Server environments (2008–2019)
Support for physical and virtual desktops and servers (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix)
Network configuration and troubleshooting (VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, firewall)
Active Directory and Group Policy management
Storage administration (NetApp, Dell EqualLogic, EMC, iSCSI, NFS)
Cloud services support (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Amazon EC2)
Application server support (Exchange, SQL Server, IIS, System Center)
System monitoring with LogicMonitor, Auvik, and Datto RMM
Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing Windows Server systems
Proficiency in virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
Strong networking knowledge (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies
Familiarity with enterprise storage solutions
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365)
Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
