The Client Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information about legal services, and maintaining regular communication to ensure client needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about legal services.
- Assist clients in understanding their legal rights and options.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their cases.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with attorneys and other staff to ensure client needs are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
- Previous Client Support experience.
