The Customer Service Representatives will support office tasks, report creation, logistics, database management, email management, follow-ups and data analysis.
Requirements:
Advanced English written/spoken
1+ year of work experience in customer service or call center
Experience in virtual assistance (Desirable)
Knowledge of email etiquette and advanced English grammar
Good handling of Microsoft Office
Typing skill
Schedule availability
Collaborative and proactive
Strong sense of responsibility
Detail orientation & Self-driven
Leadership skills are a plus
